🔁 Returns

Return Policy:
We offer a 45-day return window for both ready-to-ship items and custom orders. If you'd like to start a return, please reach out within this timeframe.

📦 Return Shipping:
Return shipping must be purchased and paid for by the buyer.

🛠️ Item Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition. If there is damage or visible wear, a partial refund may be issued based on our assessment.

⏳ Refund Timeline:
Refunds will not be issued until the item has been safely returned and inspected.
Please allow up to 90 days from the return shipment date for the full assessment and refund to be completed.

🧾 Custom Orders:
Custom-made pieces can be returned and refunded, following the same return policy as ready-to-ship items.

🛠️ Custom Orders

1️⃣ Start with a Deposit
We require a 25% deposit (excluding shipping) to begin. This allows us to start sourcing the perfect piece based on your style and needs. We’ll stay in touch and work closely with you to make sure the vision is clear.

2️⃣ Sourcing & Production
Sourcing can take up to 90 days as we search for the right item. Once it’s found, we’ll confirm the details and collect the remaining balance plus shipping. Production then takes 2 to 4 weeks to bring your piece to life.

3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
After completion, your item will ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info and updates as it’s on its way to you. 📦

🚚 Shipping

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states using reliable, independent carriers via uShip—a trusted platform for safe furniture delivery.

📦 Once Picked Up:
We mark your item as picked up on Etsy, triggering a confirmation email.
Tracking info is uploaded directly to your order.

📞 Delivery Coordination:
Your shipper contacts you 24–48 hours before delivery to coordinate drop-off.
A phone number is required to ensure smooth communication.

🏠 Delivery Details:
Standard delivery is to the first floor only.
Extra accommodations (stairs, tight access, etc.) may incur a fee, arranged directly with the shipper.

🛡️ Packaging:
Items are wrapped in-house with shipping blankets, bubble wrap on legs, and shrink wrap.
Etsy label sticker attached.

📏 Dimensions:
Overall measurements plus key parts like drawers or shelves for accurate sizing.
Example: Chest – 32”L x 20”W x 48”H; Drawers (#) – 27”L x 16”W x 5”H

🎨 Color:
Main piece color and hardware finishes to give a full visual.
Example: Chest: Mahogany 🤎, Handles: Gold 💛

👀 Features:
Highlights of craftsmanship, materials, and finishes that make the piece unique.

We hand-pick each item with care, always searching for unique, quality pieces ready to be restored and reimagined.

🛒 Where We Source:
We find gems through Facebook Marketplace, thrift shops, and local vendors. While estate sales aren’t our focus, we’re exploring auctions as a growing option.

🌎 Nationwide Scouting:
We scout across the country and tap into a trusted network to locate standout finds and bring them back to our shop.

💸 All Budgets Welcome:
From budget-friendly to high-end, we help source pieces that match your style and price point.

♻️ Restored & Reimagined:
We love giving secondhand furniture new life—preserving craftsmanship while reducing waste.

🛠️ How Do You Restore Items?
We restore each piece thoughtfully to preserve its vintage character while making it strong and fresh.

🧼 Clean & Prep:
First, we deep clean and degrease to remove dirt and prepare surfaces.

🔧 Repair & Sand:
We fix any structural issues—tightening joints, repairing drawers—and sand surfaces for a smooth finish.

🎨 Paint or Stain:
Using quality paints, stains, or natural finishes, we refresh the piece without losing its charm.

🗝️ Hardware & Details:
Hardware is cleaned, polished, painted, or replaced to ensure beauty and function.

✨ Protect & Polish:
Finally, we seal each item with a durable topcoat and give it a final polish.

♻️ We take pride in breathing new life into furniture with care and respect.

🛒 Choosing Delivery / Pickup Method

📦 Delivery or Pickup Options:
We offer both delivery and local pickup, with flexible options based on your region.

🚚 Delivery by Region:
We deliver across the U.S. through trusted independent carriers. Our regions are color-coded:

🟩 Green – Local
🟧 Orange – Southern U.S.
🟨 Yellow – Central U.S.
🟪 Purple – Northeast
🟦 Blue – West Coast
🟥 Red – Not Available for Shipping

📍 Local Pickup:
Free local pickup is available in eligible green zones.

🗓️ Must be scheduled at least 3 business days in advance.

❗ Purchased Incomplete / Sold Item

If a sold item is accidentally purchased or shipping is not added:

📦 Custom Shipping Invoice:
If the item is still available, we’ll send a custom shipping quote so the order can be fulfilled as intended.

💳 Full Refund:
If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued. This may take 7–14 business days, and in some cases, up to 30 days depending on the item purchased.

Items with this label have already sold. However, we can work with you to:
