Shopping with Twenty7th Avenue

Twenty7th Avenue LLC is a Tampa-based shop restoring vintage and antique furniture. These terms apply to use of our website and orders placed directly with us. Purchases made through Etsy are also subject to Etsy’s marketplace terms and the terms stated for that order.
Our collection includes available pieces and examples of completed restorations. A displayed piece is not a guarantee of availability. Contact us to confirm the piece you love; if it has sold, we can discuss sourcing a similar style or a custom finish.
Previously loved furniture has individual character. Review the photographs, condition notes, measurements, and finish details before ordering. Age-related marks, grain variations, and original construction details may remain. We welcome requests for extra photos and measurements.
Quotes, Custom Work & Orders
Prices are available by inquiry. Before you commit, we will confirm the piece’s price, delivery quote, applicable taxes, payment terms, availability, and estimated timing. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a piece or create an order.
For custom work, we will confirm dimensions, finish choices, scope, pricing, payment terms, and estimated timing before work is agreed. Vintage sourcing depends on availability, and an exact match to a previous piece may not be possible. Changes to an agreed custom request must be discussed with us and may affect pricing or timing.
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and review all order details before paying. If a listing or quote contains an error, we will clarify it with you before completing the order. We will not substitute a piece or materially change an accepted order without discussing the change with you.
Delivery, Returns & Website Use
Shipping is additional and available within the 48 contiguous United States. See our Shipping Policy for delivery access, timing, delays, and Tampa pickup arrangements. Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours; after that, cancellation is not guaranteed. Return requests are accepted within seven calendar days of delivery for ready-to-ship and custom furniture. See our Refund Policy for the full process and delivery-damage concerns.
Use this website lawfully and do not misuse its forms or interfere with its operation. Our photographs, written descriptions, logo, and original site content may not be reused commercially without permission. Links to Etsy or other services are governed by those services’ own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle customer information.
We may update these terms for future use and orders. Nothing here limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.
